Raj Chakraborty is the Bengali film director and producer, born on 21 st Feb, 1975 in Halisahar, West Bengal. He made notable debut with his film Chirodini Tumi Je Amar in 2008. After that his films like Challenge, Bojhena Se Bojhena, etc were the huge box office success. He completed his education from Rishi Bankim Chandra College. He is married to Subhashree Ganguly. He also acted in some films like Chaamp, Uma, Cockpit etc and as a producer his first film was Proloy, 2013 and television production debut was Kanamachi. He has BFJA award in 2013 as promising director.
